exclusively owns all copyrights to Npust Homepage Guard 1.0.

Anyone may use this shareware, if you wish to continue to use Npust
Homepage Guard 1.0, you MUST register.

The Npust Homepage Guard 1.0 unregistered shareware version may be
freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
Npust Homepage Guard 1.0 without written permission from the copyright
holder.

these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with
the terms of this license you must remove Npust Homepage Guard 1.0
files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

This software is protected by United States copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as all other intellectual property laws and
treaties.If any part of this agreement is violated, your registration will be
revoked immediately.If you violate any part of this EULA, you can be held
responsible for any monetary and non-monetary damages which may result.
This agreement and warranty are governed by the laws of the State
of Colorado, U.S.A.
